If you have one of our Smart Meters and there is mast coverage in your area, your meter readings will be updated on to your online account automatically every 24 hours at the end of the day, so there is no need for you to read your meter.

If you have just moved in, we will be able to obtain a meter reading on the date you occupied the property, therefore you do not need to take a reading.

You will be able to select between the last three day's hourly usage, last four weeks as daily usage, the last six months as weekly usage and the last two years as monthly usage. You can also select a custom date range with a start date selected by you. 

The data is not real-time and is updated every 24 hours, providing you with the previous day's usage.

On occasions there may be issues with the transmission of data. In these instances, we will aim to resolve this issue as a priority and upload data at our earliest convenience.
