Upon receiving your application form via your retailer, our trade effluent team offers a two-month level of service to assess your application and either grant or reject a consent based on its suitability. During this time we may contact you to obtain further information or to discuss the consent parameters prior to issue.
Some applications may take longer if complex environmental assessments are required. We will keep in contact with you and advise if applications need to be paused.
