Rateable Value customer's are billed once a year. This bill is usually produced in February when we complete our annual billing.
The bill runs from 1st April to the 31st March of the following year and is a fixed rate charge based on the value of the property.
Customer's billed this way mostly pay monthly, and will pay their annual bill over 10 or 12 monthly payments,. However there is the option to pay fortnightly or weekly if preferred.
If your payment date is the 1st of each month, you will pay May to February. If your payment date is the 8th, 15th or 22nd, you will pay April to January.
