If you're experiencing issues with your hot water supply, is your cold water supply also affected? 

To test this please run the cold tap in your kitchen.

You are looking to see if the supply is running and it's coming out at it's normal pressure. 

It is not affecting my cold water:

Anglian Water supplies and maintains the cold water supply to the property. 

If the issue you are experiencing only affects the hot water to the property this is likely to be an issue with the private pipe work or installations (e.g the boiler) so will need to be looked at by a private plumber.

It is affecting my cold water:

If you have no water or low pressure on your cold water supply then this could be the cause of the issues with your hot water supply.

You can report this online, just visit our Report an issue page. You can keep track of the issue and the work we're doing to fix it from your computer or smartphone.

If your water supply will be disrupted due to planned maintenance, we'll leave a card at your property. Supply will be restored by the time given on the card. If it's not restored, please call our Operations team on 03457 145 145.
