If you wish to request changes to conditions on your consent, such as additional numeric limits or increased volume, please submit a Trade Effluent Customer Application Form (TECAF) to your retailer. We will then assess your request and determine if it is acceptable. If so, you will receive an updated consent with the requested changes.
Should your registered company name and address require updating, please submit an Trade Effluent Customer Application Form to your retailer. We will process your application upon receipt from the retailer.
A trade effluent consent cannot be transferred between registered companies. Therefore, if the registered company making the discharge changes, you will need to notify your retailer immediately and submit a Trade Effluent Customer Application Form (TECAF).
