We can't change your tariff if your charges are based on the rateable value of the property. This is a fixed yearly charge.
Your charges are not affected by how many people are in your property or how much water you use. You can switch to a water meter to ensure that you only pay for the water you use. We then have the option of reviewing your charges and seeing how we can best support you.
