Your Anglian Water account number will have 9 digits and you can find it on the first page of your bill to make sure you've got the right one. If you don't have a bill to hand you can call us on 03457 919 155 and we can confirm this for you.
Occasionally we do send out correspondence which has an additional '000' at the beginning. This can be ignored.
It's always worth checking if you are inputting it into one of our forms that there are no spaces at the beginning or end.
