Meter Fit Work

If we fit a water meter at your property, we will carry out a temporary reinstatement around the meter including either backfilling or tarmac. Any permanent reinstatement will be carried out within six months.

Leak Fix

If we have fixed a leak, we will refill the hole and leave the area safe and tidy. We’ll be back to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, usually within 3 days of completing the repair.

Clear a Blockage

If we have cleared a blockage we should have left the area tidy following the work completed, and have put the area back to how it was before we started work.

However any debris won't be cleared by our clean up team until 24-48 hours after, as we need to ensure the issue hasn't reoccurred.
