You can view or change your direct debit using MyAccount. You can check if you're up to date with your payments using the payment calendar and view when your next payment is due.
If we are unable to collect your Direct Debit due to insufficient funds in your account, we will try again in 10 working days. If we are unable to collect the Direct Debit on the second attempt, it will automatically cancel.
If you do not have an online account you can contact us and we will be able to provide information to you about your Direct Debit arrangement.
