We understand that customers want to see their usage in detail, for example if a bath is filled, what's the cost down to the penny…
Once you have your smart meter fitted you will be able to access information about your usage online through MyAccount.
The metering data is not real-time therefore we will not be able to know exactly how much water is being used in your home for each activity, but you will be able to see how much you used by each hour.
There is a water usage survey you can complete to help you estimate a breakdown of daily usage such as toilet flushing, using the bath/shower, using the washing machine etc. however, this is based on estimates.
