Introducing WaterCare. For customers who need a helping hand.

We make sure people on our Priority Services Register get the practical support they need. It’s completely free, and once signed up, you can stay on it for as long as you need.

 

We can help a wide range of people, from those with sight, hearing or mobility difficulties, to parents with babies under 12 months old. And we offer a wide range of support too, such as reading meters for customers who find it difficult and sending out bills in Braille. These are just examples, and we can help in lots of other ways too.

 

Or if someone’s struggling to pay a bill, we can set up payment plans or look at switching to a tariff that’s a better fit. Our specially-trained teams are here to support you, help manage debt, and find a way forward together.
