Our first ‘Your water, your say’ session in March 2023 was attended by a wide range of individuals, community groups and stakeholders. It helped to inform our business plan for 2025-30 which we submitted at the start of October 2023 to Ofwat for assessment. Our second 'Your water, your say' meeting in November 2024 allowed customers to hear about our plan and ask us questions about it. Your questions covered:

• Resilient clean water supply
• Wastewater services and storm overflows
• Environmental challenges and carbon neutrality
• Affordability and customer services
