Your water, your say November

Our first ‘Your water, your say’ session in March 2023 was attended by a wide range of individuals, community groups and stakeholders. It helped to inform our business plan for 2025-30 which we submitted at the start of October 2023 to Ofwat for assessment. Our second 'Your water, your say' meeting will allow you to hear about the plan and ask us questions about it. Your questions could cover the service we provide, our impact on the environment, what will happen to your water bill or whatever other topic is important to you.

If you can’t attend, please take a look at our business plan for 2025-30. We'd love to hear any questions you might have - so please send them in advance to CCW via yourwateryoursay@ccwater.org.uk, stating clearly that your question is for Anglian Water.

At Anglian Water, we’re dedicated to talking to our customers because we want to know what’s important to them. This event gives us another opportunity to do just that.
