Important Notice – Telemetry Hardware for Pumping Stations
Due to global supply chain issues outside of Anglian Water’s control, our ability to provide standard telemetry units in accordance with our regular timescales has been impacted. Anglian Water has been monitoring this situation very closely and working hard to restore supplies as quickly as possible.
We will endeavour to satisfy all orders placed once units become available. We will also keep in close contact with you to enable delivery and commissioning as soon as possible.
A mobile communication survey will be arranged for your pumping station in the usual way. We will contact you to agree a convenient date for access once technical approval has been granted. This will ensure that there is no further delay once the supply issue has been resolved. However, if at this stage you would prefer to delay the survey, please let us know during the technical vetting of your application.
We are committed to making sure this delay does not impact our ability to adopt pumping stations and can discuss specific sites with you if any delays to vesting are anticipated.
