This fee applies to:

Solicitor Enquiries

The cost for Solicitor Enquiries is £156

Deed of Grant of Easement & Transfer of pumping stations

Deed of Grant of Easement & Transfer of pumping stations - £892

This fee applies to:

Transfer of pumping stations

Deed of Grant of Easement for discharge to a watercourse

Dedd of Grant of Easement for discharge to a balancing lagoon

Discretionary rate for Combined Deeds

Discretionary rate for Combined Deeds - £1,145

Where a Deed of Grant for a balancing pond and a Deed of Grant for a watercourse can be combined such as:

A similar area of land

The same landowner

No more than two registered titles

Additional Charges

In the case of complex issues, the following standard additional charges shall apply:

Additional title - £145 per title

Complex title(s)/additional documents requiring review - £145

Complex amendments - charged based on time spent reviewing at a rate of £145 per hour

Unforseen disbursements - At cost
