Leaks are not common but they do happen and we are here to help! First of all you may be able to see somewhere where water is being lost in or around your property.
If the leak is inside your property, on your supply pipe (between the meter and your property), this is the responsibility of the homeowner and a private plumber will need to be contacted to fix the leak.
If you can see water being lost on or around your meter, we may be able to come out and fix it for you. You will need to report this to our Operations Team. Their telephone number is 03457 145 145. Your also have the option to report this online using Report an issue.
Don't worry. You may be able to claim an allowance for any additional water recorded on your meter during the leak. For more details call us on 03457 919 155 or use our online form.
If the leak is not on your property, please let us know on our Report an issue page so that we can investigate and repair.
If you cannot see any obvious leaks it is easy to test your supply! You can watch our video on how to check for water leaks or you can use our simple step by step guide.
If you find that you do have a leak or you are unable to test the supply yourself please get in touch with us. You can call us on 03457 919 155 or find a full list of available contact methods and opening times on our Contact Us page.
