If you're on an external water meter then your stop tap will be located at the same place as your meter. This is usually located in the footpath or within your boundary. Your water meter serial number is located on your bill.

If you have an internal meter, your internal stop tap will be located here. This is usually found either in the kitchen, utility room, airing cupboard or bathroom.

If you don't have a water meter you can turn your water off using the internal stop tap again found in the places above.
