Welcome

If you would like to find out about water pressure, take a look at our page on Pressure Management.

If you think you may have a water pressure issue, first, check there isn't a problem with your home plumbing.

You can try this by:

Ensuring your internal stop tap is fully open.

Turning on any other taps that control the water flow to your hot water system or other devices.

If you have a thermostatic shower, seeing if the thermostat needs adjusting.

Does the pressure issue affect your kitchen sink tap pressure?

Yes: If you have checked that both your internal and external stop taps are fully open then reporting it with us is easy.  You can keep track of the issue and the work we are doing to fix it from your computer or smartphone by reporting it through our Report an issue page.

No: It sounds like the problem is with your pipes inside the house and you’ll need to call a plumber. If you need some help finding a plumber in your area please have a look at our Approved Plumbers page.

If you have no water at all, here you will find information on what to do if you have no water at your property.
