Welcome

If you have been granted Lasting Power of Attorney after 1st September 2019 and have set up your online account with OPG (Office of the Public Guardian) you may be able to provide us with an access code so that we can update our records over the phone, e-mail or post. To update us of power of attorney information you can contact us on 03457 919 155, our lines are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday. 

You can also post a copy of the full power of attorney documents to:

Alternately, you can email a copy to customerservices@anglianwater.co.uk

 

If you need to speak to us on someone else's behalf but you do not have Power of Attorney, this can be set up. We will need permission from the account holder first.
