Dealing with utilities after the loss of a loved one can be overwhelming and stressful, it is one of a long list of things that need to be dealt with after someone has died.

Our specially trained staff are here to help and guide you through the process to make it as quick and easy as possible. All you need to do is follow the next steps:

1. Get some information. This includes:

 

  • Details of the friend or loved one, including their address and date of death.
  • The full name, forwarding address and contact telephone number of the person or executor who is legally looking after the affairs of your friend or loved one.
  • A meter reading (if available).
