As your development is for multiple properties there are a number of options available to you which we have detailed below.
Should you need any support or advise on which connection you require, please call our Drainage team on 0345 60 66 087, option 2 or email us as drainage@anglianwater.co.uk.
If your development requires a new sewer connection, here's all you need to know in order to connect to our network.
Find out our requirements should you need to build over our sewer as part of your development.
If the location of a public sewer is preventing your land development or property extension from progressing, we may allow you to divert the sewer.
If you’re constructing sewers as part of a new development, you may wish to seek adoption of the new network that’s installed.
If your site has no means of drainage to an existing public sewer due to third party land, you can requisition (formally request) a new public sewer
For any of our sewer connections, you'll need to complete an application through Inflow.
For details on the location of our assets including our waste water infrastructure can be requested through digdat.
As our region gets drier, it becomes more at risk of flooding. Managing surface water run-off helps protect homes and the environment.
We have established a generic list of primary hazards you may encounter when undertaking work. This is not an exhaustive list and additional hazards could still be present.
You are responsible for employing a competent contractor to undertake and complete the works.
You may wish to employ a self-lay provider to complete elements of the development for you.

What our customers say
10's don't seem a high enough score to give. If I could give 11's I would, such a great process and everyone is so nice and helpful.
